The room was spotless and up-to-date. I wish I had been informed that the pool would not be open before I booked the room. That was one of the reasons I chose this location.

Not up to standards for a Marriott.

Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Do not advertise for things you do not have or serve.
Advertising for The Bistro and Cocktails all over the lobby and in the room. But, there are no mixed drinks available. They do not serve liquor at this time. All food is prepared in a small toaster oven. No continental breakfast. Bathtub in room is very small. Was not satisfied with the amenities for the price the price of $200.00 for one night.

Don't stay at this location

Pros: Close restaurants
The maid only switched out towels...did not clean the room or empty garbage. The room was extremely small. They advertised free breakfast but it cost $9.00 per person.

Stayed in May of 2010

Stayed while attending a wedding in Oxford. Everything was great here - we were allowed to check in early - the desk clerk was very friendly - he gave us an upgrade for a discounted price plus gave us coupons for "free breakfast" - it is not free at this hotel - but was very good!! The bed was super-comfortable - I stayed with my 3 teenage boys and had a suite - the only things we didn't like was the bathroom was in my bedroom - which means they had to come into my bedroom to go to the bathroom and the pool had so much chlorine they only stayed for a few minutes and their eyes burned for hours after. Very clean hotel!!
