We loved this place. What a great experience all three days. The staff was friendly and efficient. They welcomed us with a smile and bid us farewell the same. Excellent breakfast with numerous combinations including freshly cooked food and fresh fruits. One of the best places we have stayed. Lots of things to do right on the property. Parking was free as well in a safe large lot.

Not what we expected
We stayed here to attend a football game. We were blindsided by a hospitality fee of $32 at check in. We were told "all the Miami Hotels charge hospitality fees". We had stayed at the Springhill Inn and Suites (two miles away) the night prior and they did not charge a check in gotcha fee. Construction next door started a 7:00 so much for sleeping in prior to a night game was not an option. BEEP BEEP BEEP Staff was a accommodating, two security guards in the lobby, and you need a room key to access the elevators. Dolphins lost ... so all and all it was a awesome visit.

I wish you can elevate the popcorn ceilings the musky smell and update the rooms. Paint refresh and bring to that sport theme your advertising in the hotel.
