Dear Javier,Thank you for staying with us while recently in Chattanooga. I hoped your stay would have met expectations and beyond, I am sorry to see that was not the case. I did deal with the parking issues myself; it was a huge a strain late at night to have to deal with, and I am incredibly sorry for the inconvenience. City parking ownership is always going to be responsible for such issues as a broken gate. given it took up to 2 hours - I apologize on their behalf. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope to see you again in the future.

Great property. Pool area was clean but pool is small. Grandchildren enjoyed it.

Toilet was clogged and there maintenance never came to check it air conditioning unit poured water soaking the carpet and they tried charging me 70 extra dollars per night on top of me pre paying for my hotel stay i do not recommend
