I really liked the ease of checking in, the cleanliness of the room and the amenities provided. One thing I did not like is the fact that they could not provide handicap accessibility rooms.

Comfortable stay

Excellent staff courtesy and the hotel room and breafast area were well maintained. we arrived earlier than planned but they let us check in anyway so we can unload our luggage and relax from the long drive.

Clean rooms and great customer service

Pros: Comfortable and efficient rooms - sink in both bathroom and in the room - came in handy in morning for brushing teeth when someone was in shower
Cons: The GPS is incorrect (which is not really the hotel's fault and they were able to guide us once we called them from wrong location).
Location: Close to airport and various restaurants
The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff person was friendly and professional when we checked in. We requested a rollaway bed and he had it by our door by the time we got our luggage out of the car. There was an area by the front desk with snacks, drinks, and frozen dinners for purchase. My son enjoyed making his own waffles for breakfast the next morning. When we left, we forgot a pair of shoes and a pillow in the room. They called us and had the items bagged for us to pick up. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
