Short stay. Was not good value for money. The sheets had all stains on them and despite the cleaners coming in, they were never changed. In general, the stay was fine but it’s expensive considering the room was not up to standard.

The cleanliness of the room in general, bathroom, towels, etc was poor. We waited over 30 min to check-in and same during checkout. The breakfast variety left a lot to be desired. Took time for family of 4 to be seated, and usually the table was not cleaned. No towels available at the pool; no internet in the room, took hours to open Netflix; plumbing issues with the sink and toilet, we had to call several times; the elevator programming is total nonsense. I wouldn't be returning to this property or recommendto friend.

I had to wait 20 minutes for check in even though check in started at 1400 and I arrived at 1530. The pool water was a bit dirty. The French bread at breakfast was stale the whole week I was there.
