Our trip was booked qnd confirmed through Travelocity, but the property had no record of our reservation and they had no rooms. We had to drive to find another hotel. No offers of help. Never again will we stay at a Quality Inn.

The property was clean but the walls needed painting and the toilet needed recaulking. It was a bit disappointing

Outside trash cans were overflowing with trash was told breakfast was at 6:30 but all that was out was fruit and some bagels and prepackaged pastries. When we stayed in September 2022 there was eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and yogurt. Disappointed this time so we left early without breakfast. But the rooms were clean and very nice.

Upon check in there was someone’s dirty underwear and hair on the shower walls- as well as opened coffee packets .. will not be staying here or at any Quality inns again …

The room smells like Dirty feet, the fixtures are all putting and need replacing , The carpet is dirty and needs cleaning, people where smoking in the non smoking rooms and you could smell all through the hall way. Terrible place to stay.
