Check in was a nightmare. They told me my card was declined and I contacted my bank which told me it was authorized, must be their system. So I ran it again and it went through. Checked my account on the way home and I had three $250 charges from there. Obviously one is for the stay but they took another $500. The front desk lady was acting like it was me and I had to fix it when it is their system. I won’t ever stay here again, I frequently come down for doc appointments. Also, pillows were so small and thin, almost of a couch pillow. Room was not that clean, window screens were falling out of the window. I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel.

We've stayed in many Quality Inn properties, as we find them a good value for our family of 4, with two children. The Loveland Quality Inn was one of the nicest we've stayed in; the evening clerk (Ale) was very friendly and welcoming, the room was large and clean, and the breakfast area was kept spotless and full by the morning staffperson. We would definitely stay here again when returning to the Loveland area.
