Mourelatos is a lovely place. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time on the incredibly beautiful beach and riding the hydrobikes. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Pros: nice location, first room with fireplace
Cons: squeaky floors in second room and needs an upgrade like the first room
first night we had a beautiful room and were really happy and then we moved to another room that was half as nice for same price so that was not great. staff super great. would go again and get the first room type!

Private Sandy Beach

Room had a kitchen with just the right equipment for a pleasant cooking experience. There were BBQs, firepits, spread throughout the beach for your pleasure. There were kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boats, sand toys, boggie boards, all for you to use whenever you wish all included! Loved the hot chocolate available any time available in the office, board games also available, ping pong. Whew! So much to do without ever leaving the resort! Room had lake view and a small patio to enjoy the views.

Our "Happy" Place!!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, gorgeous beach!, amazing staff
We have been enjoying the Mourelato's Lakeshore Resort for many years now. Every July, we descend upon the Resort for a huge family vacation. The ambience, the welcoming environment, the amenities just can't be beat! The Mourelato's family makes you feel like you've "come home"to their little piece of Heaven. The Rawlins family highly recommends Mourelato's Lakeshore Resort for quick trips or long vacations. The staff is superb!! You won't be sorry!

Beautiful location

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Unfortunately, we didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the hotel, due to a late arrival and fairly early departure. Our stay would have been better if we could have more time to enjoy the view of Lake Tahoe from our room. Stay here if you want to enjoy all that the lake has to offer.
