Shower sucked

The Shower didn't work. When you went to turn it on nothing came out of the shower head. It all just continued to come out of the tap. And what came out was scalding hot because the cold water nozzle didn't work. Then you couldn't plug the tub to catch the water, though you wouldn't want to because the shower/tub was disgusting. The beds were uncomfortable, the air conditioner didn't work. The staff only cleaned our room once out of our 3 day stay. The only redeeming quality was the breakfast was good.

Very dirty! Only good thing...close to airport.

Carpet was disgusting. Smelled like athletes foot! Room door was left wide open after fire drill went off and building had to be evacuated! Luckily nothing was stollen. Staff was nice. Ghetto people every where.

My hotel was in a good location. I rented 2 rooms for the weekend. Both of them had ants crawling everywhere. I let the agent at the desk know and all they had the maintenance man do was spray the walls with raid. She said that she didn't have any extra rooms to switch me to. But the quality inn was right next door. Each morning I stayed there I woke up with new bites on me. Will not stay here again.

Never Again

Pros: The bed was comfortable; the breakfast was ok, and the shuttle driver was very accommodating and helpful.
Cons: Remodel, clean it up, and get rid of the riff-raff.
Location: I was in Reno because my brother is there in the hospital. He is very ill, and I just went back and forth from the hotel to the hospital every day.
The place was old and run-down. There were several people outside my room smoking and hanging around. The hotel next door looks much nicer and it has the same name. So, I don't understand why my room was at the lousy one.

Good front desk staff but the facility was the pit

Shabby stained surfaces. Dripping faucets, outlets not working. No parking

Pathetic times ten

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: who cares; I cam there for rest and nothing else
Any place where patrons have to play dodge ball from tobacco smoke just to get into the lobby has no clue about good customer service. And those smokers that werre likely staff members looked like thugs. The place went downhill from there. If I hadn't been driving all day I would have found somewhere else. Plus I was in an unfamiliar town. Never again though...

Would NOT use this hotel again.

Definitely a "worn" hotel. Carpets stained and worn throughout building to the point it was hard to tell if they were clean. Refrigerator in room extremely noisy. Mattresses were among the worst I've ever slept on. Toilet would spontaneously run at times--very annoying during night. Would not stay here again.

Not Great

Pros: Staff was good.
Cons: Needs to be remodeled.
This is an old hotel that hasn't been upgraded in a long time. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room and the rooms are clean(ish) but in need of repairs. The outside looks nice but the inside needs A LOT of attention. Wouldn't stay there again.

I reserve my room with my deposit with the first night payed she told me that they gave my room away first come first serve then started answering the telephone while I'm standing in front of her so I did not get to stay at the Baymont I had to go to the hotel the quality Inn across the parking lot so that was an experience I will not reserve a room with you guys

Could get high in the hall

Worst hotel ever! I had my 2 12yr old daughters with me and they were terrified the whole time! Our hallway reaked of weed and there was a huge party a few doors down. People were knocking on our door at 1am. Beds were like just sleeping on a box spring and bathroom infested with sugar ants!!
