服務普通的民宿
店家的標準4人房是一間浴室不在房間內的4人雅房，房間有2張雙人床、1個邊櫃、1個梳妝台、1個只能看到別人家的陽台跟可能放不下4人行李的小走道。房間門口正對樓梯口，房間內沒有小燈。樓梯的燈光會透過門口上方的透明玻璃打進房間，非常亮，必須等到旅客都休息後，出去把樓梯間的燈關掉才能睡覺。不建議冬天帶小孩的家庭選這間，洗澡會很麻煩，浴室、門外走道跟房間內是三種不同溫度，入住當晚約4度左右，小孩容易著涼。房間隔音不佳，當晚遇到陸客，他們的小孩上上下下玩抓迷藏非常開心，房間內也聽得非常清楚，所以休息時間須配合其他旅客。早餐好吃、有電熱毯不錯。以上意見供大家參考，考慮這家的朋友務必慎選之並且看清楚衛浴設備是否為共用，若標示共用表示是4人雅房，千萬別被標題的4人標準房給誤導了。

冷漠的飯店
是次清境之行分別入住兩間不同的旅店，而這一間完全掃興。 入住旅店前，要拖行李走一大段斜路，如有老人或小孩，絕不建議入住。 最掃興的是合歡山看日出的安排，入住時，老闆娘表示400台幣一人，但午飯後，又變成800一人，是新春附加費？ 我同意後，老闆娘示意我凌晨4:40會有人到飯店接我們，所以4:30就要在lobby等候。 結果，我凌晨4:20就在lobby等候，可是等到5:00也沒有人出現，我只好掃慶回房間休息。 早上9:00吃早餐時，終於看見老闆娘，我表示昨天沒有人帶我上山看日出，她打了一通電話後，就把按金退回，然後問我為何不在飯店對面等車，一派不關她事的模樣。 一切都是老闆娘安排的，飯店對面？是山坡下，亦即是一個地盤，如非她有所指示，我相信一般旅行不會懂我或有勇氣於凌晨四時去等候陌生人接送吧？ 未能上山，我當然掃慶，但最不滿的是老娘態度，事不關己的態度，完全非旅店主人應有的態度。 另外，清境的溫差很大，這家的床很大，床和被袋約5呎，但羽絨被芯只有4呎，2個成人真的要抱在一起，才能取暖。 浴室的熱水，時冷時熱，洗澡要有心理準備，免被燙傷。

乾淨又舒適的民宿
我們這次入住了三間雙人房，一間四人房，一間八人房，整體來說都很不錯。唯一一個小缺點是雙人房和四人房那一棟似乎是共用電熱水器，所以洗到一半熱水被用光只剩冷水。但瑕不掩瑜，民宿位置視野很好，在房間就可以看到日出及雲海，停車也方便!很推薦

出遊當日才訂四人房，可是在check in時櫃台才通知為雅房，盥洗與上廁所非常不方便，若在網站上註明會比較好，畢竟價錢以一般假日四人房收費也不便宜，而旅館準備早餐時，在房間可以聞到油煙味，隔音很差，怕吵的人要注意。
