We were told on arrival to check-in that the air conditioning was not working and had not been working since the night before. We had the option of staying without a-c or leaving. We should have been advised about this before driving 2 hours. Of course we were told of 2 other hotels we could stay at,both Hiltons . Even then,we were not advised if there were rooms available at these hotels. I feel this mishap was handled very poorly.I will think twice before booking a Hilton hotel again.
