This place is pretty outdated. Staff is not helpful what so ever. Service was terrible from the time we arrived to when we left. Was waiting at breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 15 mins or longer for silverware and something to drink. Outlet in room sounded like it was going to catch fire when dehumidifier was on. Drinks were very light on alcohol. We had dinner one night at the royal decameron cornwall beach next door and wish we would have stayed there instead. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be going back.

More than 1 hr to check in this place is not a resort is a motel quality don't waste your money. Staff horrible, No elevators and got a room in 4th floor, floors nasty, old and scratch furniture, ripped courtains, A/C not working, moldy sink, rusty tub, leaking toilet, dirty all over. all inclusive when available, we stayed 3 days and none of the 3 days were pool towels available. No beer in the pool bar . Manager not available to take care of the problems. This is horrible. the worst place that I've ever stayed.

Overall the stay was good. There are few cosmetic issues which presented a problem. There was no elevator and you have to lug luggage up the stairs and down. We had a party of eight with four rooms two of us got two keys to a room to only got one which posed an inconvenience if you wanted to head in different directions. There was some rudeness from the staff at the beach side snack bar but the dining room staff was wonderful even though they faced short staffing.
