The staff was great and so friendly. The building is an older building, the rooms smelled old but they were clean. It was good for a 1 night stay, location was perfect.

The property is convenient and close to many of the attraction like the Kind o Prussia Mall. I was disappointed by the room cleanliness. It was obvious that the room has not been vacuumed. I saw several dead cockroaches on the carpet. I would not stay in this location again

Get what you pay for

Pros: price
Room was never cleaned in a week. Microwave smelled nasty. Halls had dirt in the edges and stairwells probably haven't been cleaned in weeks. Late night clerk didn't look me in the eye or say more than a few mumbles. Not welcoming. Daytime ladies were nice though. I won't go back because, to me, I'm willing to spend more for a nicer place.

I'm sorry I stayed here.

We traveled over 3 hours from NY and arrived after 8pm. We were told that they weren't sure if they had any clean rooms because something was going on with the housekeeping. It took about 20 minutes to check in and during that time the hotelstaff's children were screaming and running around at behind the desk. Once we were given a key, we went to a non-smoking section that smelled horribly of smoke. The room was completely trashed. We went back to the lobby and said that the room needed to be cleaned. At that point, the rude girl behind the desk told another worker that I didn't want the room. Ummm...I want the clean room that I reserved. We said that we would be back in a couple of hours and asked if they could have a room ready. The room we ended up with smelled and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. I will definitely be staying elsewhere and I encourage you to do the same.

Stinky!

The halls and entrance way smelled of old dirty vacuum cleaner bag. The room itself smelled even worse and extremely stale. I don't believe the door or window had been open in a year or more!
