El único problema que tuvimos en la habitación fueron las constantes alarmas de televisión 5am y 5:30am que no programamos y el horrible ruido que hace la tv cada que estas mirando un programa… estaría bien que después de casa check out dejen reiniciadas las televisiones

No shuttle service for an early am flight. Being close to the airport and advertised shuttle service was the reason we chose this property. And here we were shelling out more cash for a ride to the airport.

Hotel is nice and clean, not a good place for a leisure vacation. Far away of Madrid Centro, not a safe area to walk or go out at night. Coslada police stopped us twice one at the exit of the hotel to the parking lot in front of the hotel and the second one at the Coslada Mall and treated us as a delinquent just for our tourist appearances and their only apologized was because Coslada has a lot of robberies and delinquency, not a safe place to stay.

Only if you need proximity to Barajas

Cons: Nothing close, Poor breakfast, exteremly poor desolate depressing area
We stayed ne night in late January 2012. We felt the room, while clean and comfortable, was overpriced. The hotel, while meticulously maintained, is in an EXTREMELY poor location, a run-down industrial area with poor lighting and minimal sidewalks. There is NOTHING nearby; getting anywhere local is either a hazardous walk through dark deserted streets, or possibly a taxi ride--we didn't even inquire. And then all you find is seedy, dim, questionable restaurants, or one hunting-lodge style inn that, although good quality, is severely overpriced. About a half hour train ride to Central Madrid, and the staff has no idea how late the train operates. The hotel restaurant's limited selection is exorbitantly overpriced. No breakfast included. We found out too late that there is a breakfast buffet, but neither the restaurant's menu nor the hotel staff mentioned it. Unless you have specific business at this hotel, or need proximity to Barajas for some reason, pass this one up and find a better location for a better price; it won't be hard. Absolutely the worst night of the 10 we spent in Spain on this trip.

Far from anything

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
This is a beautiful, very modern business hotel about a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport, but it is located in the middle of a deserted industrial area (apparently a victim of the economy) with virtually nothing but empty buildings nearby. The hotel was described as being very near the train station. Not true, and taxis are hard to come by in the station area. Few people in the neighborhood speak English and we had a lot of trouble finding someone who could direct us to the hotel. There are no restaurants near the hotel, but the hotel restaurant was open with a limited menu, even though there couldn't have been eight guests in this elegant facility. This hotel is a good choice if all you want is a night close to the airport, and the concierge will obtain a cab for your departure.

Beautiful Hotel, BUT

This was an ultra-modern hotel and a gem. However, we got lost getting there and when we spoke with the front desk, they could not guide us there. Not the first, second or third person. My husband speaks Spanish, so it was not a question of language. Next, a 4 star hotel with a rotating door that is manual? No bellboys/assistance for the luggage? The room, however, was awsome!!!!!!!!!! Really fantastic, clean, modern and funky. Too bad about the location.
