Our room didn't get cleaned,the bed cover was stained and bed sheet had a stain that looked like dried up blood. They drew $285 too much off my card and double charged my room on top of that. We had to take all of our dirty towels and wash clothes to the lady at the desk in order to get clean ones. We stayed 3 years ago and it was awesome. This time a disaster.

Our room was amazing! We got a whirlpool suite for a very reasonable price. Check in was easy as was checkout. The floors and carpet in our room could use a little cleaning but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pool was clean and hot tub was actually hot! The breakfast was good with a variety of cereal and toaster products. Plus apples and yogurt yum!
