We were in town for a family memorial/funeral. Had plans to spend a couple of days in LA to visit friends. Checked in around 5pm after family services. Very tired, we decided to sleep. But the room above ours (322) sounded as if someone was dragging furniture across the floor, from the time we tried to rest, continuing until 11pm! I called to render a complaint and the person at the desk said she would tell the occupants. The noise dissipated for a short time but then started up again, lasting all night! Without chancing another room we checked out after breakfast in the am. Won't go to this BW again but will continue with BW accommodations in the future. .

The room was clean and comfortable. But it would have been nice to had a TV Guide. Also the fan in the bathroom was terribly noisy.
