Hot water was out, clod shower at 7 am, put on hold at front desk, had to hang up and get to work, coffee maker in room was also broken. Not what I expected with Holiday inn..

Hello We apologies for the inconveniences experienced. It appears you stayed at a time when the hotel was full to capacity due to recent flooding. We do have three large water heaters to provide hot water. We apologize you did not find the water hot. We hope that we can prove this stay is an exception and you will provide us an opportunity to serve you in the future.

This hotel was nice and clean. it was a good value. Staff was very nice. They had a nice indoor pool the kids loved.

Very nice.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
I would come back to this hotel again. It was clean and comfy. The only thing I didnt like was I got there 20 minutes before check in time and they had me wait till it was exactly 3:00. I had twin boys 20 months and a 5 year old so it was a little inconvenient for me. But other then that it was really nice an I would go again.
