I Knew the minute I went to check in that this property was falsely advertised. The bldg. didn't even look like the pictures I viewed at their website. I asked at checkin about the charges and asked to speak with the manager. I was told at every conversation that he was not there. Our room was horrendous! The air was musty and stale, or worse. The furniture was disgusting and in extremely bad shape. The carpet was dirty, stained and smelly. I was never barefooted the entire stay. Our keys didn't work ever..had to go back to the checkin over and over. We were billed the minute we completed checking in. We had no bedspread or blankets. They claimed we had a blanket in between the sheets but I'm not stupid. I know the difference between a blanket and a sheet. The tub, grouting, woodwork, sink and toilet were all in need of repair. The sink didn't drain. There was no soap dish or cup. There were no extra towels or washcloths, even when I asked they said sorry, they were too busy. The interest was a farce - never could connect. Even the girl at the front desk wasn't able to show me on her own phone how to connect. There was no food at the complimentary breakfast, although there was an hour left in the time frame. My husband had a cup of coffee that made him physically ill. Each day and finally at checkout I asked to speak to a manager and was consistently told no one was there to speak with. I was promised he would call me once I returned home. I am still waiting for said call.

Needs a Facelift

Pros: Not much
Cons: Cleanliness and smell, something to sit your suitcases on besides the bed or floor.
Location: Location was fine, just a sketchy motel in the heart of it.
Not an enjoyable experience. Not clean, (specifically something gross smeared all over table lamp and not cleaned), bugs, only received clean cups once during our 4 day stay. Only clean towels on one day. Door did not seem to shut good. Did not have anything to sit our suitcases on except the bed. Very foul odor and reeked of smoke (although it was suppose to be a non-smoking room) Very noisy, overall terrible experience at this motel. Would not recommend, nor will I allow Travelocity to make my hotel reservation again.
