A good choice to stay at.

Pros: The staff make you feel really comfortable.
Cons: The exit out to the highway, take the back way out.
Location: Close to downtown.
Great room, friendly staff, and close to downtown.

Great hotel Breakfast?

Pros: Quiet friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast food?
Location: Near downtown Raleigh. We were here for granddaughter graduation.
New furniture since two weeks ago. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired.

Very poor conditions....

The carpet need to be replaced....room has very bad smell, had to ask staff twice to leave towels..you could hear everything in the room next to you....found cigar on floor under the bed after staff cleaned. Please do yourself a favor...spend a few extra dollars and get a clean room to stay in...you will be glad you did..

Best Western wasn't the best at all.

It all started when we arrived and were told that the motel didn't accept cash, something Travelocity failed to mention in the confirmation notice. Then after we got that all resolved we come to find out that the motel was overbooked and they didn't have my room as requested. We had to sit an wait for another room to open up.

Great hotel in Raleigh, North Carolina

Pros: Spacious rooms, LOTS of ammenities, great breakfast, comfortable beds, VERY good cleaning each day!
Cons: This isn't the hotels fault, but I wish there had been a traffic light at our street because I'm not used to doing U-turns. NOTHING could be improved
Location: I like to go to junk stores, and from where the hotel is, there was several that I could go to, plus there was lots of food places to eat
I recently stayed at Best Western in Raleigh, North Carolina, and from the first night until I checked out, it was a WONDERFUL experience! The staff people(ALL of them) were very nice and helpful any time I had a question, the rooms were extra clean and extra COMFORTABLE!!!!! The fresh cooked breakfast every morning was awesome, the choices for breakfast was even more awesome! I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to everyone, and have told all my family and friends about my experience there. If traveling to Raleigh again, THIS would be the hotel where I'd want to stay.

Very clean!!!!

Had to stay for five nights...the room was very clean....the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good although I would suggest changing the bacon....it was very leathery...there was peace and quiet and the pool was very nice. I tried called to call the front office a few times and couldn't get anyone at all!! But other than that best western made my trip comfortable

Clean Room, Free Breakfast

Easy check in and check out. Room was large and clean. Mattress was a little too hard for my level of comfort; but, the "fluffy" pillows made up for it. Shower didn't drain well in the bathroom; but, I think this room was made for someone with mobility issues due to some of the added features in the shower. Getting extra towels wasn't easy, maybe if I spoke to someone about the shower thing it would have helped upon asking the first time. Breakfast was good. I liked the variety of food ranging from cereal, fruit microwave-able sausage/egg biscuits (in fridge), muffins and pancakes, and juice to coffee. There was a computer in the lobby to use if you needed to use the internet or conduct business. Free wifi in hotel room and large flat screen tv with a good variety of channels to watch. I didn't really have a lot of interaction with the staff mainly due to me always being "on the go" when I was there; but, I could tell that they enjoyed working there. I always saw a smile on their face.
