Clean, convenient
This is nice executive furnished accommodation, only two years old so all the fixtures and appliances are relatively new and work very well. Manager Mike is there business hours and ready to help. Desk assistants are there much but not all of the time, so watch for them if you need something. Neighborhood is more similar apartments, a big Walmart and a couple of local restaurants. Good restaurants nearby, but not walking distance. This is a car-dependent area, but once you’re in your car, Raleigh, Cary and other locales are convenient, with museums and farmer’ markets nearby.

Great place but needs some attention
The manager was awesome that checked me, and the people are very friendly, and the place was great however it needs the following some attention and I am surprised that managers don’t pay attention to these things . I travel internationally and I know the minimum sun be offered: - There is no water in the unit, normally hotels provide you with 2 bottles to get you started. The cost of the water is very cheap. So I had to go down go to the next building to use a vending machine to but water . - the bed frame is a cheap quality it kept making noise whenever I turn around.. - the bathroom has a bad smell even after when I sprayed air freshener .. - garbage disposal do we not work well - there is no waste basket in the bathrooms. - Ice maker there was no ice so I had to go to the store and buy ice . - no room service to come and clean I don’t know why !!!!

Perfect Stay
This apartment was absolutely perfect! It was incredibly clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The whole process from booking it, to our stay, to the day we left, was so easy. Every staff member we encountered was extremely professional and so accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again! I highly recommend it!

Great Place!
My boyfriend and I rented this place to be closer to family for thanksgiving instead of crowding the house as usual. Check in process was really easy. The property manager is easily accessible and responsive. The apartment had everything we needed and everything was clean and fresh. There was a little issue with the sinks not draining properly but it did not put a damper on our stay at all.

I WILL be back!
I am a traveling agent who does a lot of travel for work. This place place was perfect, and I mean perfect. Location, clean, comfortable, spacious. I like to feel at home away from home and this was IT. Communication with management was also great. No complaints at all. My new go to spot whenever I’m in Raleigh.
