The only problem was the lack of Coffee at the Breakfast bar nor at other locations at the Microtel except the room

The Check-in at the Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham in Altoona went as scheduled, actually, the staff allowed my Check-in upon arrival at 2 PM as opposed to the expected 3 PM. Parking was free and convenient to the Lobby entrance. A luggage carrier was available and a quick close elevator to the 2nd floor. The Room (#206) was very clean and orderly, and as reserved. The Bathroom was well organized and stocked as needed. Local dining was close at the Logan Town Center. The Free buffet breakfast was as advertised, and I recommend the Waffles. Had pleasant conversations with several residents and staff. The housekeeper and other staff were friendly and courteous. The Lobby was pleasant and nicely decorated for Christmas. The stay seemed very safe. The Check-out was easy and Receipt as per reservation. The stay seemed very safe. Only problem: much noise from the Heating Fan in the Room, which seemed to run almost continuously, and much noise from the outside (Parking Lot?) and the lower floor during the night.
