I was here for one night and needed a place for its location/convenience rather than amenities and neighborhood. When I arrived, there was no one staffing the lobby so a small line formed outside. Once staffed, the check in process was strait forward and quick. The rooms are pleasant with modern decor. My bathroom light did not work and there was dirt on the bathroom door but I was to tired to say anything. I wiped the dirt off and the vanity light over the sink provided enough light to shower. The street noise is extremely loud, late into the night. There was a nice restaurant across the street which was super convenient to walk to. I wouldn’t rush back to this place but if I were passing through and needed a cozy bed to sleep in, I’d return for a night.

Updated motel! RVI has been updated. It's very nice. I stayed here 20 years ago and was concerned it might be the same. Obviously it is not. I appreciated the USB ports on both sides of the bed. Little bit of a funky smell though.
