It was everything we expected and more!

Pros: Everything
Cons: The Italian restaurant was not the best. The wait staff was ok. the food didn't taste authentic.
Location: I wish there was a little more entertainment or night life.
My Husband and I had a wonderful time. The concierge was amazing. The wait staff was friendly. The resort is absolutely beautiful.

Fantastic

Just got back yesterday for five nights we had an excellent time. Staff was wonderful food was great the beaches and pool were beautiful. We did say at the adult-only the level which I would highly recommend to any adults going without children. Fraulin was our conceige, and he helped us with everything, he was wonderful. We did yoga and areobics on the paddle boards in the pool, which was great. Staff is friendly, warm and fun

Degraded hotel

I had a terrible experience in my last vacation spent in this resort. It was recommended to me by close friend, but it appears that the level is not on the level they used to be. Horrible transportation within the area. Minimum food selection. Dirty dishes.

Disappointment

The experience was ok! We had amazing employees (Juan/Hector) that went out of their way to make is feel at home. I was very displeased that we paid extra for the adult only level and the pool was closed the first two days we got there along with most of the adult only restaurants. We should have been reimbursed the difference. We will not be back to this resort.

The Level is more a level down than up

Pros: Great WiFi. Easy access to beach towels. The Gabi morning buffet refills food as quickly. At the VIP lounge we had great service. Weather was great.
Cons: Hire supervisors who do their job. Fix stones around pool. Add more sport. Use reservation devices. Do not lie to guests.
Check-in 4PM wait 1h. Pool water is loaded with chemicals. Stone ground around the pool has sharp holes. No sports activities in easy reach. Animators never seen a microphone. 3 tennis courts right next to laud exhaust systems. Very dirty beach and far away. No ping pong table near a pool. Dinner do not expect same service for everybody employees run their own tipping business. We ordered house red wine but they served others who came after us first so that the wine arrived when we finished eating. On my Son's Bday we had to wait 90min and again others of same size who came after us without prior reservations was let in before us. Rooms are very simple which are in desperate need for a renovation. No toilette holder and rusty mirror frames with a very loud AC unit. They won't change pillow covers even if they have marks from previous guests. Service not up to the level. I have filmed scenes where staff brings over and over loaded pockets of corona beer glass bottles right to the pool while kids are playing and adult guest get drunk and block the main entrance of the pool stairways. It went even worse as they popped up sharp beer caps right into the pool and a bottle got shattered and one guy got cut on his feed. Then they did throw ice around the stairway s. Shows: We went twice and walked away bad sound quality you can't hear anything.

Fabulous Family Getaway!

Pros: Staff, amenities, room comfort, pool, bars, Casino, beach
Cons: Food. Lots .choices, plenty to eat, just nothing spectacular.
Location: Close to airport. Great beach and pool areas to enjoy. Loved the Snorkle Party Catamaran tour.
Booked a last minute getaway with my husband and grown children. Everything about this place was Great! Location, Staff, Rooms, Bars, Casino etc. Elvis was superb during our check in process and Carlos helped me tremendously when I lost my purse. Will be back!

Nice huge Hotel

Location: The Level area is amazing especially the adults only zone. There is lots of golf carts providing transportation all around the resort. Lots of food.
Lots of food, entertainment and adult beverages. I will definitely go back to this resort.

We had a fantastic stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Level(adults only whirlpool suite). We arrived around noon and were able to check into our room early. The staff were all extremely friendly from the moment we arrived till the day we left. The grounds are immaculate, very clean! The food was great. You have to make a reservation for Pagoda(Thai) restaurant the day before but it's well worth it! We didn't have to wait long to be seated at any of the restaurants except for one night at Hacienda(Mexican). There is a bar outside so were able to have drinks and listen to the live music while we waited. The spa was beautiful we both got 80 minute massages with Virginia and Brenda. The ladies both did an exceptional job, verrrryyyy relaxing! Everyone at the Melia went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing experience.

Perfect resort!

Everything about the Melia was fantastic! We stayed at The Level for our honeymoon, and we can't wait to go back! The staff was wonderful!! They were friendly and so helpful with any and everything. The pool area, beach, restaurants, and room were all great!
