BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

We just returned from a 4 night vacation.
Everything from the moment we arrived was absolutely top notch! We upgraded to club level upon arrival and this was the smartest thing we did. if there is availability, I would suggest this.
Our butler, Wsier, was fabulous. He was very attentive and even looked for us daily at the pool to make sure we had what we needed.
Pillow menu was great - Wsier made sure we had the pillows we preferred. He decorated our rooms daily as we were celebrating an anniversary.
We ate at the buffet, Steakhouse, and Japanese restaurant and enjoyed all. The buffet had many choices to please all.
Pools for club members were great - never crowded. Drinks were heavenly - many frozen drink choices with premium alcohol.
Only disappointment was the seaweed on the beach but the resort did it's best to rake it and can't control this.
We had 1 negative issue - we bought jewelry from a vendor at the Thursday night market between Elegance and Colonial resorts. He quoted us a price but then we noticed he greatly over charged our credit card. We reported it the next day to the credit card company as well as management at the Elegance Resort. The manager swiftly contacted the market vendor who reimbursed us the overcharges in cash, provided a free necklace for our troubles and told us that specific vendor will not be at selling on Majestic properties again. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the Elegance Club experience with all the extra amenities, such as the bars, VIP Lounge, private pool, etc.
We are also honored that you mentioned Wsier and we are happy to know that you appreciated him during your stay.
In regards to the vendors, as you may know Majestic Resorts is not directly affiliated with any of these companies. These are independent companies, managed separately from the resort and on our grounds for the convenience of our guests. Even so, we are very sorry you did not have a good experience with them.
