Property is average. Nothing special but for the price is ok. Property look old in need of a lift.

Rooms need ALOT of renovation. All the 1st floor rooms in our party had a very damp musty smell. Lots of corrosion and paint chipping. And there is a space between the room door and the floor which allows for bugs and reptiles to get in. That definitely needs to be fixed. The grounds of the resort were beautiful. Service was great. Didnt like that they allowed ppl on the resort to try to sell stuff. The $200 resort credit offered is misleading because it's not really a credit it's coupons toward things. And we actually never even got our coupons they were handed to us and taken back by our concierge. There is also construction happening so that can be a little bit of an annoyance from the noise if your room faces that direction. Also a shuttle service should be provided or the taxis you allow on property need to be more competitive with the Amstar ppl. We tried using Amstar on our way back to the airport and got the run around so ended up having to use the taxi which was ridiculously overpriced but we had no other choice. Food was good. My cousins wedding they handled was beautiful. Overall the experience was good. The service in the restaurants and bars made up for the not so nice rooms and heckling vendors.
