Overall the hotel was not so bad. My husband's luggage got lost, we were denied access to the restaurant that require reservation. The first room they put us in smells like fresh paint in the room, we told them I have asthma and can't be in that room, the second room smells like mole, the 3rd room also smell like mole and they told us there is no other room which they can put us in so we have pick one of the 3. The staff was half pleasant, half rude. We enjoy our food at the buffe, seafood restaurant and the steak house.

Meh....

Some of the staff is pleasant, but the vast majority are not very nice and service is to be desired. Many don't smile when you approach them and act like they don't want to be there and could care less you're on vacation. You have to pay for wifi, which doesn't even work that well. The standard rooms are in need of an update and the food was mediocre. Intermittent wait staff around the pool left many to fend for themselves when thirsty. This is the first all inclusive where there was no real poolside service and you couldn't order food! No one services those on the beach either. Unless you continually grease some palms, you won't get anything, at least not without an attitude. I won't return there! I'm on vacation and don't need attitude and expect to be treated better.

Gran Resort

Resort con dos hoteles, el que yo elegí (solo para adultos) y el Palace Deluxe, era en este último donde se encontraban la gran mayoría de los Restaurantes a la carta, la discoteca, el SPA y el gimnasio, aunque la distancias no resultan molestas (yo ni siquiera usaba el transporte interno, sino que caminaba por el paseo cubierto que une ambos hoteles) La comida genial tanto en los buffets como a la carta (no visite todos pero recomendaría el de SeaFood y el Tepanyaqui), aunque con una carta de vinos "a bit overpriced" (algo a lo que los españoles estamos ya acostumbrados cuando cruzamos el charco). El gimnasio con buenas instalaciones bien atendido y con amplio horario (de 7 a 21 horas) pero, como es habitual, infradotado de máquinas y pesos muertos. La atención del personal inmejorable, aunque quizá demasiado estricto el personal de seguridad de la entrada. Recomendaría el upgrade a Club Premium, que por una pequeña cantidad te da wifi y servicio de habitaciones gratis y te asegura vistas al mar, entre otras ventajas.

de maneira geral excelente so a wi fi muito cara e as vezes não funciona e reservei um quarto de frente para o mar mas na verdade era longe do mar o que dificultava a vista

Fueron nuestras mejores vacaciones en general un servicio especial y el lugar agradable,la atención por el personal con tremenda cortesía,las actividades recreativas con mis huéspedes con mucha participación y dinamismo además variadas, recomendaría al 100% esta instalación, gracias a todos por el buen servicio , felicitaciones y nantense así, lo mejor de lo mejor

Great resort with everything you need

Hotel room: bed was utterly horrible. Felt like you were sleeping on concrete. Otherwise the hotel room was great, spacious room. The toilet did overflow once and was fixed and was given a bottle of rum due to inconvenience. Food: 3.5/5 the buffet for lunch was hit or miss. The food was better at the steakhouse buffet for lunch. Only one restaurant to eat lunch at on the adults only side so we mainly took the train to the palace deluxe Touch up on your Spanish before you get there. It is hit or miss on your server if they speak English or not. It is a 15 minute walk from the adults only side to the palace deluxe dining areas so we mainly took the train towards the end of our trip. Hotel has great beach access from all the rooms. Less than a 2 minute walk from your room. Would stay at again but would want to try other resorts as well.

Very deceving pictures -- well done, photographer

To be laconic: 1) rooms are ugly 2) the sheets are stained 3) staff is slow af 4) beach isn't exactly clean just like your sheets 5) you only get one towel - so if u decide to reserve the couches in the morning, you better bribe the towel girl. 6) food is average, deserts suck. Breakfast was good - it's hard to mess up eggs and bacon. 7) not only do u have to pay for wifi, it's also super slow. Good luck sending iMessages to the loved ones. On a better note: 1) a few of the bartenders were cool 2) quite entertaining nights - better than the food 3) we had a great time cuz we are cool like that

Very nice beach front hotel.

It was a wonderful vacation and will definitely recommend this hotel. the entertainment crew was very friendly and kept us going it was lots of fun. special thanks to Stephanie, Sara and Marlene for making this trip so much fun..

Great Hotel

What we loved the most ..is the Staff Great Service all of them ; they make you feel welcome like home. Beautiful place .. we requested dinner on the Beach .. was so great and elegant , Juan Carlo took care of us and did a great job.. we will go back :)
