Mixed feelings
Pros: service, responsiveness (private butler did a great job), traveled with friends so it was more bearable. Cons: Food was subpar (even for mass produced foreign meals), only two restaurants, overpriced for what you get, bedding was scratchy, lack-luster entertainment, tv stopped working and was not resolved, we had an issue with booking before arrival and we could not reach anyone to help get it resolved until the night before and we were charged an insane amount of additional money for the change that needed to be made….we also stayed on the phone with hotels.com for hours to get it done. Overall, I did get a chance to relax, but this was not a good experience and I’ve been to better all inclusive places

We explored other reports and noticed ours was the only one that had so much seaweed on shore, everyday that we couldn’t go on it. Staff was 50/50, half was amazing and polite and the other half was upset to be there. I would have spent more to have a better experience.

The service is very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the food, entertainment and we were well looked after. The small private beach is disappointing however there is a shuttle ttakes you over to beautiful Juanillo beach a short distance away. Overall We reallt enjoyed our stay here!

The property was great for me and my wife. We were able to navigate and walk everywhere in a timely manner. Food was very good at Helios and the spot by the pool……. Everywhere else just ok. The pools were nice ……… we really like the foam party !!! We had a swim up pool to our room that we loved …… the only problem was we were supposed to have a hammock. We ask our butler where was our hammock at check in. He just gave us the run around for the first 2 days. So that was a bummer. The property was very nice and quiet, always very clean. The entertainment was ok …. The employees did their best with the entertainment. The bar upstairs was great both bartenders stayed engaged and made great drinks everyday. There was absolutely no harassment for tips which great and made me tip more. The beach they took us to was great ….. this is a must, go to the gorgeous beach, take long walks up the beach. We took a lot of pictures at the beach. We will most definitely come back to this property. It was a great reconnection for me and my wife .
