I loved the beach area!!! Yes, the building and rooms need to be updated. But it's a shame that you are going to tear it down to rebuild a 32-story unit!!! You're going to lose the charm of the resort. I feel lose the amazing customer service you now offer just to increase to room number. SHAME!!! You should listen to the shareholders you currently have invested in your resort. No one is happy with the new building:-( I will not be bringing my boys back to such a large resort. Who knows how long it will take to complete. We loved Puerto Vallarta, but will be staying a different resort(smaller).
