Pros: realmente todo, sin llegar a la excelencia, muy bueno, justa la relacion costo-estancia
Cons: aire acondicionado, elevadores
Hotel muy comodo, con buenas instalaciones, todo dentro del hotel, cerca (baños, restaurantes, alberca, playa, tienda) por eso es un hotel preferido por familias, se descansa y disfruta, mas por los niños yo pondria 2 puntitos a mejorar, Uno el tamaño de los elevadores, no caben mas que supuestamente 8 personas, en la realidad 6, Y las maletas? ya sabran a la hora de comida o checkout, Dos los aires acondicionados son del siglo pasado, se gasta mas en electricidad que en lo que enfrian, No sabran de los mini split?. bueno definitivamente SI recomiendo este hotel, realmente se descansa y disfruta familiarmente, por el personal, limpieza, instalaciones, comida variada,centro de actividades, etc., doy un 9.8

Nice front beach hotel

Overall, the hotel was comfortable. Nice location and beautiful views. Down side, the horrible sewer smell can be overwhelming in the beach area.

cumple con su oferta, buena playa.

Pros: repito el servicio de alimentos en restaurant es de lo más recomendable, así como la atención del personal.
Cons: como ya mencione sus instalaciones ya estan necesitando una actualización o modernización.
Location: tiene una buena ubicación, no lejos del malecón y próximo al zoologico de Puerto Vallarta.
en general se obtiene una estancia agradable ya que cumple con lo ofrecido, las instalaciones son funcionales aun cuando ya necesitan una manita de gato para actualizar las mismas. El personal se esfuerza por dar su mejor servicio. dentro de lo más aceptable es sus alimentos.

Hidden paradise!

Beautiful private cove/beach, excellent food & service. Reasonable prices, clean, 2 pools, steps to ground transportation to town via taxis or local bus service--excellent customer service by all personnel. Arrived late almost restaurant closing time received 5 ⭐️ Service! Excellent facilities for all age groups!

Do not recommend staying here.

This resort is badly in need of an overhaul. That is their plan, but until it happens (2018, supposedly), I would not recommend staying there.

South Zone Resort

Pros: Staff very willing to assist in all aspects of your stay. From entertainment at the hotel to the best ways to get around town they do it all.
Cons: It's an older facility so rooms could use a little updating but overall it's a well kept hotel.
Location: You can catch the bus going north or south right in front of the hotel and get almost anywhere you'd want to go for 8 pesos.
Stayed with friends who have time share units here. We waited until a few weeks prior to leaving and ended up with a 1 bedroom suite with a large balcony for about what thety pay in annual maintenance fees for a studio unit. Great views of Banderas Bay, nice pool area, very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: has a traditional feel
Cons: refrigerators
Location: zipline tour with Los Veranos. vista grill in town
good fun overall. swam in ocean & played in pool. accomidating staff. comfortable bed. ocean views. local bus nearby & mountains

A Bit of a Disappointment

Pros: Room was good size
Cons: internet available in the rooms. Solve odor problems
Location: Location south of town. Not safe to walk on busy narrow road so taxis are needed to go anywhere
We were disappointed with the Hotel. We were staying in a king suite which was good sized but very dimly illuminated. The room was generally shabby and an off sewage type odor persisted in the building. The Expedia reservation stated "free wi fi wireless", however wireless internet (or wired ) service was not available in the rooms. Therefore, one had to go to the lobby or restaurant to access any internet. Not good for a stay in Mexico!
