Called the property direct to confirm indoor pool and hot tub was functioning. 10 minutes after check in front desk said they were closing it for maintenance for the night. Tried to request a refund and switch Hotels. Room was non refundable. MIs leading and rude at best. I did explain that we specifically picked the comfort in for the amenity of the spa. Also NO WHERE was it listed that no pets are allowed at this location. Have stayed at comfort inns in the past and never had an issue with our service animal. This time we had to take him to a boarding house again because the room was Non refundable. Very poor customer service or willingness to help.
