Everything was terrific; my one and only complaint was that we booked a king room through Travelocity, but when we arrived, they only had a double queen for us. The hotel was wonderful about it, though— they gave us access to the concierge level as as an apology. Their service is absolutely amazing— great stay!

We were supposed to get a room with 2 Queen Size beds for 4 people. When we arrived we were told that there was only a room with 1 King size bed available. Made for an interesting night stay! We were told that's what happens when you book through Travelocity. The next morning we were moved to another room with 2 beds.
