We had a mostly pleasant stay. The location is very convenient for many Pittsfield attractions and is not far from Adams and Lee. Convenient location for hikers and outdoor activities. The outdoor pool was clean and not overly chlorinated. Clean towels were available pool side. Easy parking by your motel door. Interior seems recently renovated, so is mostly clean, but with everything on the first floor with doors exposed to outside, there is some dampness and some creepy crawlies that entered because the door isn't sealed well. Adding a door sweep at the bottom to keep bugs out and rotating a dehumidifier through the rooms would improve the experience a lot! We also ran out of toilet paper and tissue one night, so if the staff were to provide backup toilet paper, that would be helpful. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again next time we visit the Berkshires for Geocaching.

The room was generally clean and mostly quiet. The beds were reasonably comfortable. But the heater was noisy and couldn’t get the heat up to a comfortable level. The floor lamp had no bulb in it. We won’t stay there again.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the location convenient. However, no free breakfast--other than coffee--was offered as indicated in the booking.

Property was convenient, a 10 minute walk to downtown restaurants and the Colonial theater. Although an older motel everything was in good working order was very clean and somewhat modernized in the rooms. Rooms came with a midsized mini fridge and microwave. Unfortunately there were no coffee maker in the room and they stoped serving in the lobby at 9 AM on a weekend. There was an outdoor swimming pool though closed in the winter. A more than fair value for the room price. I would definitely stay there again for a short stay however I would look for something else with more amenities if I were going to be spending several days there.
