Checked in for a non-smoking room, it smelled like an ash-tray!!! When I asked if I could be moved to another room, I was told there wasn't any available as they were all booked...mind you this was early in the afternoon and I AM PRETTY SURE not everyone had checked into their rooms yet and they could have easily moved me. There response was to give me a can of air freshner. I was told I could speak with manager the next day for a reduction in price. When I went to speak to manager, told wouldn't be in for another 3 days but they would leave a amessage to contact me. Never did get a call....BIG SURPRISE!

We enjoyed the open floor plan for the check in desk, pool, HOT TUB, and workout facility. The room was pleasant, not fancy, but cute & clean.
