The apartment is in Bellamonte, 1,400 meters above sea level. Completely renovated in 2015, independent heating, class A. The independent 65 square meter apartment is on the ground floor of a small family condominium with 3 other apartments. It directly overlooks the mountains and the relaxing isolated hills. View on the wonderful Pale di San Martino. It is possible to make trips directly by opening the front door. Quiet and isolated. Ideal for those who love to relax in the mountains, for those who love sports, walking, skiing.
You enter the living room, with kitchen area, large round table for eating, sofa bed. Bordering a bedroom, with a double bed, as well as a second bedroom with a bunk bed. Large bathroom. Wifi. Independent and customizable heating, unlimited hot water. Access to independent garage.
Family condominium, if you meet other condominiums they will be my relatives.
We live far away, but there will be a person available in case of need. Keys available safely and easily.

Just flawless
More than renting a regular apartment, staying at this place is more like a visiting a friend (although the friend is not home). Apartment is quite new, clean and equipped with everything our family needed for our stay. It is conveniently situated if you want to go skiing (one skibus stop or a five minutes drive) and it is not far away from shops and places to eat. On the other hand the neighbourhood is quiet enough to watch roe-deers in the backyard in the evening. Recommended by family of 2+2.

Super Aufenthalt in Bellamonte
Sehr schönes, helles und freundliches Appartment im Erdgeschoss mit schönem Blick auf die Berge. Gut ausgestattet mit alles was man braucht. Lediglich die Stühle in der Essecke könnten besser gepolstert sein. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Danke, Paolo!

Ruhige und sehr schöne Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und mehr
Wir waren Ende Juni, Anfang Juli mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und modern ausgestattet, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Durch die großen Fenster hat man stets Kontakt zur Natur. Es war wunderbar ruhig, wir konnten unser Frühstück bei schönem Wetter draussen einnehmen bei toller Kulisse. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfreich und gab gute Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der ganze Ablauf war sehr unkompliziert und wir konnten unseren Kurzurlaub vom ersten Tag an genießen. Die Umgebung ist einfach wunderschön und man kann tolle Wanderungen unternehmen. Wir sind mit der Seilbahn gefahren und waren schwimmen. In der Nähe gibt es auch gute Essmöglichkeiten und selbst nach Bozen ist es nicht allzu weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gern wiederkommen.
