My experience at this property was amazing! The manager and staff made my stay amazing. We celebrated my son’s 15th birthday here and they went above and beyond to make sure it was amazing!

We were super happy with the exceptional service at breakfast. The ladies we're so concerned to help get my children what they needed for their meal. Things felt very clean and the hot tub was very hot and relaxing!!

NCAA D2 Cross Country Regional @ Missouri Southern

Pros: Breakfast, Pool, Room
Cons: Nothing...
Location: Missouri Southern University, Casino
This hotel was excellent. First the rate including taxes, and hot breakfast for 3 of us made our true hotel cost less than $100. The breakfast was more than we expected; waffles, two types of scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, juices, etc. The breakfast staff were extremely attentive, and had serving attitude. Our room had king bed with sofabed, big TV, full kitchen. Even had a free microwave popcorn! The pool water was the best temperature I have ever had for a regular hotel pool. The pool, workout room, and putting green were excellent facilities, and you could even sit by the patio fire at night. We all wish we could have stayed longer after seeing the hotel and accommodations. Totally impressed! This is the place to stay in Joplin.

Great stay for Marian Day in Carthage

We stayed at this hotel this weekend for Marian Day. The staff was phenomenal and accommodation was great. The breakfast was fresh and had the special treat "Cha'o Ca'" which was delicious. Very appreciated. Definitely staying here again.
