Great hotel
The hotel is great. So close to the train station and everything you want to see. The breakfast was awesome. Clean and comfortable beds with squishy pillows.

The Hotel is very well located, in walking distance of shops, restaurants, iconic places. Staff friendly. One con: breakfast always the same everyday. The staff at breakfast do not speak English thus impossible to ask them any question (such as what is inside the food being served)

OK but just about
Stayed here before a few years ago and is definitely not as good. The staff were very good and helpful and have no complaints but the WiFi in the room was basically non existent and the TV in the room was not working all the time I was there. Breakfast was OK but menu the same every day. All in all would give a 6 out of 10 as on previous visit there would certainly be a 9. Not a 4 star.

Set in a quiet part of Prague but easy accessible to all the amenities, friendly staff and very clean hotel with excellent breakfast

The breakfast was adequate, however the hot meals was the same everyday. The reception staff except for one was good. The TV never worked and the bathroom was clean except the toilet smelled like urine even though you flushed it very well. There is a draft coming from the window that got colder early in the morning. Staff cleaning does not have a consistent time. Sometimes they come in early in the afternoon and sometimes very late in the afternoon.

Nice Stay
Great hotel, very handy for the main railway station. The only problem was the hot water was very very slow and took forever to get warm in the shower but would stay here again. Clean towels and maid service every day which was nice.
