I arrived ate six pm. Site was very clean, but definitely underfed staffed. No one was at the desk to greet me. They were friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was clean, but the tv didn’t work, the internet wasn’t strong enough to stream. The bathtub didn’t close so I couldnt take a bath and the shower head stayed open, so even if I did take a bath, it would be filling up by just the shower head. Then it drained very slowly so that when I showered, the tub filled up. The hotel was booked, so even if I asked to change rooms, I couldn’t. It was to late and I was too tired from traveling all day to find another facility. Ramada by Wyndham, you disappoint me.

The Lady at the front desk was very accommodating when I arrived that evening. Since I was from another state, a single female, she made me feel secure by putting me near the office, which I appreciated. The room was clean, the bed and the pillows were comfortable. Pulling up to the place I wasn't too impressed. And I paid more for the room on Travelocity then what I would of paid if I would of just pulled up and asked for a room.

Property is in need of an update! Free Breakfast was disappointing. One good thing is that the property is located in good walking distant from restaurants.

FYI we have renovated almost all rooms except 4 rooms. Unfortunately you were in old room. Breakfast many like it & appreciate & few do not but we serve as per franchise standards & we will try to improve further than what we serve at present. Thank you for your review.
