Breakfast was disappointing with no fresh fruit, then offered us slimy, old fruit in a grocery store container; juice /water machine was broken and eggs, sausage and potatoes were all bad tasting and looking. Parking lot and dividers from road were ugly, breaking and tight quarters. Room was crammed with furniture, area around bed was tight to maneuver around and bathroom was small with pealing paint. Counter staff smoked cigarettes within view of the front door. We were very surprised as this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at on our travels.

We take complaints very seriously, and I want to assure you that we are working towards upgrades at our hotel. With us merging with Choice, we had a small delay with our upgrades for design purposes. I apologize for breakfast, as we have wonderful reviews for breakfast. With that said, always room for improvement.

Wonderfully comfortable and centrally located to where I was performing a site visit, the airport and good food. Quiet and restful.
I really have nothing disappointing from the visit to report. Well done, and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

VERY poorly designed bathrooms. Toilet almost touching the tub. Opening the bathroom actually touching the toilet. Toilet was so far from vanity the toilet paper was out of reach. Either the architect screwed up or the toilets were installed in the wrong place (I looked at multiple rooms before finding out they were all this way).

They cancelled my reservation. It was pre-paid too. They blamed “Expedia” for overbooking. We paid $100 more for another hotel at 11pm. Very disappointing.
