The room was the corner next to the gym. It was loud because of its proximity to the play area and loud when people used the gym all hours of the night and day.

First off I booked through Expedia bc it was the same price but I wanted the Expedia rewards. Turns out if you book through 3rd party you do not get the 3 passes to park. Which would’ve been included if I had purchased through triple play itself. The mattress were decades old and very uncomfortable. There was mold in the shower and the shower rod was falling off. The linen smelt like an older lady’s perfume. Constant noice from all over. You can hear people slamming doors all night and running / walking up and down hallways. Also serious security hazard: my niece who was staying in a separate room was able to get a key to my room just by saying she was my niece. Lucky it wasn’t a real security threat. I would like to be refunded for the additional $90 I had to pay for park passes and for the terrible nights I had to stay here.
