4 bedroom, 2 queen, 1 double twin, and 1 single twin, this home comfortably sleeps 7. We do have 2 kids cots for those little ones who like to sleep in your room .All bedrooms are on the second floor.There is a small pack and play also available if you have babies.
A large comfy recliner chair. And plenty of seating in the living room.
Full size dining room table with seating for 6 and 2 extra chairs readily available if needed.There is a detachable high chair for the little ones. And a bumble seat.
2 full baths one on the first floor with a super spacious shower, with overhead shower head, or hand held shower. The second floor full bathroom with full tub, and handheld shower head. And each shower also has a wall container with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
Fully applianced kitchen, full size fridge, and full size gas range and oven, DW, microwave, and several kitchen gadgets, full stock of everyday spices, oils and vinegars.
Enjoy a welcome basket full of snacks, a just in case you forgot basket with some basic hygiene essentials.
There is central heat and a/c throughout the house and two thermostats one for each floor.

Also enjoy several games for all ages, DVD movies, books for the younger ones and the adults.
First aid kit with eye glass repair kit, and small sewing kit, outlet covers for those little ones safety.
Bed Linens provided, all towels, and beach towels also.
12 minute walk to the beach, downtown, palace play land, pier, dining, and shops. We have 3 adult bikes, and 2 strollers. walking trails are located at the ballpark up the street.
The back deck has conversation set seating and the front porch has a table and chairs and acozy nook area also full seating sofa, chair and rocker, and a great ocean breeze! Also a wonderful area for evening drinks, morning coffee, or meals!
Washer, dryer, gas grill, picnic table, beach wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys, and boogie boards, soft sided coolers, and beach umbrellas.

We have Stocked the home with toilet tissue, Kleenex, and paper towels to get you going, there is liquid dish soap, DW tabs, laundry tabs, hand soaps at each sink area, hand sanitizer also available.
Cleaning products in each bathroom and in kitchen should you need them.
We are hoping to be able to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and easy on the packing .
