The shower pressure was super low (also was really hard to pull on). The hot tub made our eyes burn, later to find that my blue swim suit was bleached to a splotchy purple and ruined. Desk attendants were helpful to my face but no one followed up about compensation for my expensive suit. Also, $50 pet fee wasn't made clear when booking reservation.

This is an historic hotel that has been beautifully and thoughtfully restored in classic fashion. The staff is helpful and friendly. A main feature is the location very near to downtown and the sports arena.
