Located just minutes from Englewood's famous beaches, on Manasota Key. The fast ferry to Key West is only a 45-minute drive to Fort Myers. Many amazing local restaurants are close by.

Update needed
Place was okay but it needs to be updated. Yard was unusable. Need new cleaning company. Property management was good. Owners were great when a problem arose. Took care of it things right away.

Close to everything
The property was close to everything that we wanted. Melissa was awesome to deal with and always accommodated our needs. If you end up going to Blind Pass Beach please look up The Beach Guy to rent chairs and umbrellas for the day.

Perfect for Us - Everything as Advertised
We could not have been happier with our first experience using VRBO. Everything was as advertised, the property was clean and the perfect size for our needs. We used it as a homebase for many activities in the area this week. Can’t say enough positive things about the experience staying here and interacting with the owners. If you’re in Grove City, Florida you should definitely consider this as a place to stay.

This property needs help
This property needs help. It is moderately clean. The exterior is unappealing. It is bleak and dangerous due to rotting boards with holes, nails sticking up, weeds, and rustic patio chairs. We had to buy a hammer and pound some nails in so our dog would not get injured. The television reception was extremely poor. Could only get one channel locally . Called for help and was told they don’t really know how it works.

Experience SW Florida beaches economically
The property is fully furnished, perfect location for what we wanted and met our expectations. It had all of the amenities we needed, very clean, and allowed us to stay in the area for a great price. We loved having a bbq grill and huge counter space to prepare our meals before heading out for the day. We were literally 10 min away from multiple beaches, close to bunches of restaurants, and tons of shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio, watching the sun coming up, listening to the cardinals. We had a wonderful time in SWF. Get out and explore! Our expectations for a property are well thought out and planned. We get out and go see/do stuff, do fun things, all while being economically mindful. Do your research, google, plan ahead. We were very satisfied with our decision and look forward to returning.
