The location on Ponta Delgada is perfect. Central to everything. Busses,marina,food, museums, everything. The hotel was exquisite. The room was exceptional. The staff made it feel like a second home. The Vapors bar was awesome,and the restaurant was stupendous. Loved all the restaurant staff. Friendly, professional,and made me feel welcome. I had a bay view room,which was really an ocean view room. It was on the side,but had an amazing view of the ocean and the bay from the balcony. Don't worry about not getting an "Ocean view room".This was perfect. I was on the 5th floor,so it may not be as good a view on the second floor,as there is a 2 story building next to the hotel.

Everything is great about this hotel: great location, comfortable sleep, very tasty breakfast, extremely helpful staff, the restaurant was good , a little pricy, the Bar is working late and has real food even at the late hours. We love this hotel
