When I arrived after 6hr drive I was ready to rest. Room was freezing I had my thermostat on 83 the entire stay had to use 5 blankets to somewhat stay warm I advised staff guy came up said something was blocking and never saw him again I asked for more blankets they forgot was up all night and had to drive additional 10hrs was charged for extra time even given circumstances I feel I shouldn’t be charged

It was nice except the light in my bathroom shower almost fell out while taking a shower. There was painters tape in the bathroom. There was multiple outlets not working. There was one old front desk agent that was not very welcoming or accommodating or friendly.

Bathroom was awful!!! Could not even brush our teeth in the bathroom sink since almost no water came out of the faucet! Ran out of food two days in a row at breakfast. Took forever to reload the food. It was not a pleasant experience trying to eat breakfast.

Love it and will definitely come back but THE SHOWER DOORS are horrible. You have to climb in and get blasted with cold water in order to turn on the water. Otherwise it’s the best hotel in Charleston.
