Poipu / Brenneckes Beach House is a, three - four bedroom ocean view vacation house.
Located across from the Poipu Beach Park in the heart of Poipu, Kauai - this two story house features large bay windows, two large lanais (sun decks ) and a 65 inch T.V. entertainment system.

Being split level it's like having two separate places, but you are all in one house. Forget about being in a small hotel room or getting a connecting room with no space.

This house is 2,500 square feet. Lots of room for everyone. Just steps - 100 feet away from the beach. No packing the car, getting everyone together and then forgetting something. You just pick up your towel and go. If you forget something, it's only steps back. Someone wants to go home and eat. No problem, steps away. Convenience makes this house the relaxing vacation for you and everyone you travel with. Don't feel like going out for dinner, BBQ on the balcony and dine under the stars. Beautiful place-great location
We loved this spacious beach house. The property is well taken care of. Great location and short walk to the park and beach to see the green sea turtles and Monk seals. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. My wife and I especially loved leaving the louvered windows open and hearing the ocean at night. Loved our stay. We would highly recommend staying here! The host was quick to reply and was great with communications! Thanks Steve!

The location to the beach was amazing. Also loved how the adult rooms with private baths were upstairs and the kids had the downstairs all to themselves. Ideal set up for two families!

Magical stay
Spacious and airy. Outside merged beautifully with inside. We loved being so close to the park and beaches and water. It made it posssible for us to do our own things individually and easily reconvene all together. We all liked having a good mix of alone time and family time. It was pleasant to cook in the kitchen and there were numerous places to eat that we could walk to. We appreciated the stock of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys ( which we used even though our youngest is 29), and various other beach paraphernalia. My wife and I especially loved leaving the louvered windows open and hearing the ocean at night. Parking was easy. The outdoor shower made rinsing off the sand easy and pleasant. Nobody wanted to leave and we all hope to be back again.

Kaua’i Elopement
I booked the house for myself, fiancé, our kids and a few friends. Great location a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants both walking distance and a short 5 minute drive. We appreciated the house having beach towels, chairs, cooler and toys for the kids. Made the days at the beach very enjoyable. Kitchen came well supplied without silverware, glassware, dinnerware and cooking equipment. The house also had plenty of room for everyone to lounge around and a lovely patio to relax on.

Great Property
This house was perfect for us, plenty of room and parking for our whole party of 6 and two cars. It has easy access to the beach with lots of swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding opportunities. There is a nice big lanai on the upper level that is perfect for sitting and watching the ocean. My 101 year old father was with us and he spent hours out on the lanai! There are, by my father's count (lol) 13 steps to go up to the second floor. He was able to manage that but it is something to keep in mind if steps are a challenge. There is living area downstairs as well, but the kitchen and dining area are upstairs. Steve, the owner, was very assessable and responds almost immediately to emails and text messages if you have questions during your stay. I definitely 10/10 recommend this property!

Wonderful stay in Poipu
We were two families of 4 traveling for a week and our stay was wonderful. The house location was great and convenient to the beach and the nearby towns and amenities. We would gladly return.
