The Prince George Hotel is so conveniently located in Halifax. We could walk everywhere downtown and farther afield. Accommodations were nice and staff was super helpful and friendly. We had a waterfront view that was great - and we were on the 4th floor. Food had good vegetarian options.
The down side for us was the lack of quiet OUTSIDE the hotel during the wee hours. At the 4th floor level, the sound echos around the street behind the hotel. The room itself INSIDE the hotel was quiet, as promised. The only other item as a sour smell in the bathroom that we could not exactly detect where it was coming from, but suspect the shower curtain liner. It was not enough to make us request a change, but it was noticeable.
