The hotel did not have the room I booked a month in advance with two beds. Our friends had to leave. Hotel was very run down and sketchy. Our room was filthy. Dirt and pieces of stuff all over the floor. Light bulbs were sticky we had to clean them with out wipes. Front desk lady came out in a bath robe, gave us a key that didn't even our door, then wouldn't answer the door or phone for 20 minutes so we could get the correct key. Very unhappy with our stay. Found out too late that there are better hotels in the area for the same price point

Unfortunately on the day of your arrival we were provided the incorrect number so we were not able to reach you ahead of time. We offered additional room and a rollway bed. I took my fiancé for a night out and we found a roach in the room. Room was filthy not to mention the door was half way broken from the inside it was just plain terrible trying to sleep in a room like that.

Didn’t advertise that there was a cut-off for check in time so when I arrived at 12:00 AM, the doors were locked and nobody was answering phones. So, my room that I paid for was unavailable to me. The place rents by the night or by the month, so people actually live there and it’s just not a place you’ll feel safe or comfortable staying, anyway. Disputing the charges on my credit card because I never got to use the room I reserved.

This place is on its last leg. The room was dirty, there was something red in the frig and the microwave had the remains of the last thing put in it. The door couldn’t be locked, it just spun around and you couldn’t even use the chain lock. It was cold and raining, we tried turning on the heat, it smell like it was burning, so that was a no go. DO NOT go to this motel, we regretted it.

as far as staff, the left hand didnt know what the right was doing and they ended up giving me someone else’s reservation. But that wasnt the end of it. Our room was located in a poorly lit section at the back of the building next to a room with a shattered picture window. Opened the musty/moldy smell took our breath away. Decided to simply use the bathroom and leave. The room was disgusting. Trim and paint falling off the wall. We were afraid to pull down blankets and didn't even want to consider taking clothes off to go to bed. The room was disgusting. I would rather park at Walmart and sleep in the car. Totally disgusting.

Hotel was disappointing from front desk to room.

The place was under renovations and looks awful. The room looked dark and dirty. The bathroom so small there's no counter only a sink. The room so cold and there's only a thin blanket and the pillows smells. I would never recommend or go back to this Travelodge.
