Beware when you get your bill. We had 2 charges for drinks that we did not purchase. When I complained, they took the charges off but the new bill also had a charge for a drink that I did not purchase that very morning. They claimed they removed the charges but couldn't provide me with a new bill. They also charged for parking which wasn't stated in the original booking.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff provided impeccable and friendly service, always with a smile and care. The room was very comfortable, exactly what was described on the website. I even received a personalized email from the general manager after our stay! Next time we’re in PA, we will definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here before and it was always very good. Don’t know what’s going on now. Was given a room upon checkin that was unmade and dirty. Went back to desk and got new room which was next to elevator and very loud and had visible dirt stains on the bathroom counter and tub and no tissues and 1 small bar of soap.
