The room was spacious for the 4 of us! we had two rooms and two bathrooms. We could hear the party happening on the other room and it was very loud, there was no receptionists for us to contact to ask for them to be quiet. The shower in one of the rooms didn’t have hot water.

Excellent stay
Good location a few mins walk from the old town. Out of hours check-in and check-out worked well. Room very good and nice roof terrace to sunbathe. Two small observations: the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on (we did not use it as a bed). There was also not much information about leaving - e.g. were we expected to clean the apartment or take out the rubbish / recycling.

Property is conveniently located; however, it can be a little loud at night for some light sleepers. Rooms are very comfortable, and have a nice size for a long stay or a small family with kids. We were there for 5 days, and liked our room, maybe an extra mirror would have been a nice plus, as there is only one washroom. Only negative during our stay, was a call on our last day, reminding us check-out is at 11am. It was only 11:10am. We were ready to leave the hotel, but it felt like we were being kicked out. Other than that, a wonderful stay in Madrid.
