Excellent experience

Pros: Clean, good internet, well-maintained, quiet.... though a stones-throw from the beach, restaurants, public transport and shops.
Location: Cadiz center is a 30-45 minute walk away, but frequent buses a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Beach is a stone's-throw away. Grocery, restaurants too!
Pretty much right on the beach. We were 3 (couple and teenager). We had an apartment with bedroom and pull-out sofa for a 3-night stay. It worked perfectly for us. Two TVs, internet connection was fast, rooms clean and a very good-standard apartment. We had a equipted kitchenette,small fridge, freezer and dining table, so we could eat-in. Supermarket a block away. We even had a clothes-washer and clothes drying rack. This was a perfect place for us, as we like to have the possiblity of eating, drinking and entertaining ourselves "in", during a longer holiday. We would love to go back tomorrow.... and we would choose the same place to stay.
